Orders
All orders placed will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of order unless otherwise informed.
Secure Online Payment : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch
Delivery
UK delivery is £10 and will be made by Interlink Express using a next
day service and will require a signature on delivery.
Overseas orders will be charged as follows :
Ireland £20 ( 2 items £30 )
Europe (all other EU areas) £30 per item (2 items £50)
Europe (outside EU) £35 per item (2 items £60)
USA £30 per item (2 items £50)
Rest of the world £40 per item
All overseas destinations will be serviced by Parcel force worldwide on either a Euro 48 hour service or International Data post.( 4 working days ) and fully trackable.
All items are delivered duty Free

We are a small family business offering a friendly personal service to all our customers and collectors around the world.
Every piece produced has been handcrafted by us with an attention to detail and craftsmanship that we hope will ensure each piece will be treasured by their owners for many years to come.

Returns and Refunds
(Internet /mail order sales only)
Subject to our prior notification by email or phone and our prior agreement goods supplied may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and a full refund will be made ( excluding return postage ) providing the goods are returned and received by us in the condition they were supplied and in the original packaging otherwise all sales will be deemed final.
Any breakage or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of your signed receipt of goods by either phone or email.
Faulty goods will be replaced or repaired.
All items featured on the website are individually handmade and no two items are ever created 100% exactly the same, so slight variations must be expected, also we are always endeavouring to improve and perfect our designs so differences may occasionally occur during an editions run.
Limited Editions.
The stated limited edition runs are the maximum numbers to be produced of that particular design, we however may decide to retire or suspend production earlier.
We will not under any circumstances give market valuations for past editions nor will we inflate or falsely influence any secondary market, future values of all works created will be the owners/sellers prerogative and any investment gains will only happen organically and legitimately and therefore will not be controlled or stimulated in any way by us.
We trust customers will purchase our work purely for the enjoyment of owning it any possible future investment value should only ever be a secondary consideration, and we offer no guarantees to future values but naturally do hope each piece created will in time become a sought after and collectable item.
